Welcome to our Pacific Northwest Delights Tour of Lake Chelan and Leavenworth! This carefully curated 5-day itinerary will take you on an unforgettable journey through the stunning landscapes and charming towns of Oregon and Washington. Day 1 – Monday, August 5th Our adventure begins in Salem, Oregon, where we set off on a scenic drive through picturesque countryside. As we wind our way through the verdant landscape, we’ll make stops at Woodburn and Tualatin to pick up fellow travelers.
Arriving in Toppenish, you’ll have the chance to savor a delightful lunch at one of the town’s cozy eateries. Then, we’ll continue to Lakeside Lodge in Chelan, Washington, where you can relax and soak in the tranquil surroundings.
In the evening, we’ll gather at Tsillan Cellars for a warm welcome and a gourmet dinner, perfectly complemented by the winery’s finest offerings.
Day 2 – Tuesday, August 6th Awake to the gentle lapping of waves as we embark on an enchanting cruise aboard the Lady of the Lake. Glide across the serene waters of Lake Chelan, framed by
majestic mountains, and feel the magic of nature surrounding you.
After the cruise, take some time to unwind and explore the area at your leisure. You may choose to relax at the lodge or venture into the charming town of Chelan.
In the evening, we’ll come together again at Karma Vineyards, where you’ll be treated to a sumptuous dinner amidst the vineyard’s lush setting.
Day 3 – Wednesday, August 7th After a delightful breakfast, we’ll set off for Leavenworth, a town that transports you to a quaint Bavarian village. Immerse yourself in history and culture at the Cashmere County Museum & Village before indulging in a delectable lunch at Milepost Pub.
In the afternoon, we’ll check into the Bavarian Lodge, your cozy home in Leavenworth. Later, a wine tasting experience at Goose Ridge Cellars awaits, promising to delight your taste buds.
As the evening sets in, we’ll gather for a dinner at the lodge, followed by a captivating performance of “The Drowsy Chaperone” at the Fish Hatchery Theater.
Day 4 – Thursday, August 8th Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before embarking on a journey to two remarkable wineries – Silvara Cellars and Icicle Ridge Tasting Room. Sip on exquisite wines, and soak in the scenic beauty that surrounds you.
Following lunch at Sulla Vita, you’ll have free time to explore the charming streets of Leavenworth. Stroll through boutique shops, admire the Bavarian architecture, or simply relax in this picturesque setting.
In the evening, gather at Visconti’s Ristorante Italian for a delightful Italian dinner, and later, experience the enchantment of “The Sound of Music” under the stars at the Ski Amphitheater.
Day 5 – Friday, August 9th Enjoy a final breakfast at the lodge before checking out and bidding farewell to Leavenworth. Our journey will take us to Union Gap, where we’ll embark on an exciting Ag Tour with a delightful catered lunch.
As the tour concludes, we’ll head back to Tualatin, Woodburn, and Salem, cherishing the memories of a truly enchanting exploration of the Pacific Northwest.
