We are happy to announce that OregonWest Excursions has developed an affordable way to attend and enjoy the 50th Annual Sisters Quilting Show. We have taken care of all the details so you can focus on enjoying the festival. Signing up for classes will be on your own, but we will have a link on our website for you to use once they are available. We have reserved a hotel in Bend, will enjoy dinner every evening together and have lunch taken care of 2 of the 3 days we are in Sisters. For all of you quilters out there, this is the show to attend!
Itinerary
Day One – July 9, 2025
Today, we will start with pick ups in Vancouver, Tualatin, Woodburn & Salem. If you need support in getting to one of our pick up points, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will help facilitate getting you to the right spot! Once we are in Bend, we will check in to the hotel and then enjoy a group dinner at a local restaurant. (D)
Day Two – July 10, 2025
This morning grab breakfast at the hotel and get ready to head over to Sisters for a day of experiential learning and fun. Please plan to choose a class that you are interested in. A boxed lunch will be provided today in between your classes. After the 2nd session has ended, we will board the coach and head back to Bend. Take a little time to freshen up and then the group will head back out for a nice dinner together. (B, L, D).

Day Three – July 11, 2025Start your day off with a good breakfast and get ready to enjoy another day of learning and fun with the quilting festival classes and demonstrations. A boxed lunch will be provided again today between classes and this afternoon after the 2nd session we will have a nice group dinner before heading in to the Festival’s Main Event this evening. Tonight, we will head back to Bend for a good night’s rest! (B, L, D)
Day Four – July 12, 2025
This morning start off with breakfast before checking out of the hotel and making your way to Sisters for the Outdoor Quilting Show. This is the Golden Memories festival as it is the 50th festival to be held in Sisters. Today you will have time to enjoy the outdoor show, grab lunch on your own and connect with the folks you have met while in town for the festival. This afternoon, we will make the drive back to the valley and return everyone to their original pick up points. (B)
