Day 1 – Sunday October 25th – Home to Pigeon Forge TN
We’ll fly into Knoxville Tennessee today where our awaiting coach will meet us. We make our way to Pigeon Forge with a few stops along the way including a delicious dinner at the Applewood Farmhouse Grill… surrounded by orchards in a serene setting in the heart of Sevierville, Tennessee. At this historic location, known to horse-drawn wagons, beef cattle and tobacco sits a six-room house which stands as the centerpiece of their restaurants, where everyone knows that “Apple” is King. We continue to Pigeon Forge and our home for the next 5 nights the Black Fox Lodge. It is ideally located and features great views of the Smoky Mountains and the Little Pigeon River. Day 2 – Monday October 26th – Local Touring  
After breakfast we’ll depart in the Pink Jeeps for off-road adventure in the Smoky Mountains… We’ll head toward a road where tour busses can’t go. The heavily forested Roaring Fork Mother Nature Trail is a single lane road. The open-air Jeep beneath the canopy of trees fills your senses. The climb rewards you with viewpoints from high above. Along the way we’ll learn about the hardwood forest. A narrow, paved path through chestnut oak, white oak, magnolia, maple and tulip trees take you to the pinnacle, where stops at overlooks give us striking views. The sound of a stream catches your attention. As we descend… the stream builds. Soon, cliff-hugging waterfalls and rolling Waters become unspoiled stops for remarkable photo opportunities. You’ll have some free time for lunch and to take in some of the attractions at the Island in Pigeon Forge this afternoon. Tonight, we’ll have a hearty dinner at the Hard Rock Café before we head to the Smoky Mountain Opry. The Opry is one of the largest and most beloved music productions in Pigeon Forge as it weaves together elements of comedy, music, dance and more! Black Fox Lodge (B, D)

Day 3 – Tuesday October 27th – Asheville N.C. Biltmore Estates
Enjoy the beautiful countryside this morning as we make our way to Asheville North Carolina. We be driving through the Blue Ridge Mountain Range. Welcome to the Biltmore Estates… Completed in 1895, George Vanderbilt’s 250-room chateau is as impressive today as it was more than a century ago. Biltmore House is truly a wonder of architecture and hospitality. Our self-guided house visit spans three floors and the basement of the luxurious family home of George and Edith Vanderbilt. Explore the stories of the Vanderbilt family, their guests, and employees through displays of vintage clothing, accessories, art, furniture, and more. We’ll also have some time to Stroll acres of formal and informal gardens designed by America’s foremost landscape architect, Frederick Law Olmsted. From the beauty of the Italian Garden to the majesty of America’s first managed forest, Biltmore’s breathtaking landscapes and gardens serve as a living tribute to Olmsted’s genius. Next, we head to lunch at Deerpark Restaurant located on the property… it features Mouth-watering southern cuisine served buffet-style in a peaceful setting with plenty of rustic charm and lovely views. We also visit the winery & more on this remarkable complex before we head back to Pigeon Forge where your evening is free to explore. Black Fox Lodge (B, L)

Day 4 – Wednesday October 28th – Local Touring
After breakfast we’ll Head to The Titanic Museum… Endorsed by the world-famous Titanic Historical Society, TMA is an internationally recognized living museum that holds the largest display of Titanic artifacts anywhere. Our more than 5 million visitors can attest to its authenticity—from unparalleled attention to detail, design and installation to its exact recreations of some of the ship’s most-famous architectural features. You’ll have some time to explore the Old Mill Square district on your own this afternoon. Discover the real flavors, craftsmanship, hospitality and history the Square features many Restaurants, shops and a historic Grist Mill. We’ll meet up this afternoon at The Old Forge Distillery… to learn about “White Lightning” and more before we head back to the hotel for a rest. Tonight, we’ll head to Dollywood for the annual Harvest Festival… You’ll be surrounded by the uplifting sounds of Southern gospel. See thousands of pumpkins glow at Great Pumpkin LumiNights. Get your fill of fall food with their special seasonal dining. Journey through Craftman’s Valley to find the perfect handmade gift. Black Fox Lodge (B, D)

Day 5 – Thursday October 29th – Local Touring
This morning we’ll head for a unique adventure at Anakeesta Park… you can choose to ride in an open-air 4-person chair with a safety bar or select an enclosed gondola cabin with seating for 6. This scenic ride takes will takes us to 600’ to the summit of Anakeesta Mountain where we’ll will enter the whimsical Firefly Village. Where you will find plenty to do… walk on the Treetop Skywalk to visit the Treehouse Village, Race on Dueling Ziplines, Try the Rail Runner Mountain Coaster, try your hand at Gem Mining shop, eat, or just relax in this beautiful place… If you are quiet you just might see a bear! You’ll have a little free time this afternoon before we head to dinner at the Local Goat… Pigeon Forge’s best restaurant for craft food and drinks. Their kitchen is a scratch kitchen specializing in locally sourced and sustainable foods. Next it the Soul of Motown… a tribute to the great Motown singers and the only Pigeon Forge show to feature songs from The Drifters, The Platters, Sam Cooke, Smoky Robinson, Jackson 5, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Four Tops, The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight & the Pips and more! Black Fox Lodge (B, D)

Day 6 – Friday October 30th – Pigeon Forge to Home
We’ll make our way home from this great Southern adventure with memories of the beautiful Smoky Mountains and more! (B)
